Job summary

WSB is seeking an Engineer - Power Generation to design and coordinate projects for public and private clients. The role involves technical contributions, development support, pricing, and field-related services, with strong growth opportunities.

Required: Civil Engineering degree (PE license), 4–8+ years in A/E/C, Revit/CAD, and BIM tools. Onsite work up to five days/week with potential travel and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 4–8+ years of progressive engineering experience in the A/E/C industry, including project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Revit/CAD and Bluebeam Revu is expected.
• Experience with cloud-based design tools such as BIM 360, ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Work is primarily in an office environment; ability to work onsite up to five days/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design of projects and deliver high-impact solutions for clients.
• Monitor progress, delegate tasks, and manage deliverables to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce client-focused results.
• Perform quality checks to ensure codes, standards, and requirements are met.
• Conduct design tasks including 3D modeling, calculations, and plan development.
• Assist with proposals, budgets, schedules, and scope development.
• Provide project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor graduate engineers and technicians.
