Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Power Foundations to support planning, coordination, and execution of power foundation projects across North America. You’ll work with Project Managers, Engineers, and field crews to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Your role will involve scheduling, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communications while emphasizing safety and quality in a dynamic, travel-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–5 years of construction, project engineering, or project management experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy civil, foundation, utility, energy, transmission, substation, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing power foundation construction projects across North America.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and resource coordination.
• Track costs, production quantities, budgets, and progress against goals.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Support customer communications, reporting, documentation, and project meeting preparations.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to active project sites to support execution and gain field experience.
