Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Power Foundations to lead civil and foundation scopes for transmission line and substation projects.

You will manage drilled foundations, structural concrete, and site development, from bidding through profitable completion, with a strong emphasis on safety in field-based environments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of construction project leadership, plus experience with Primavera/HCSS and MS Office;

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects in civil, foundation, transmission, or substation work.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software (Primavera, HCSS, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases.
• Manage foundation and civil scopes, including drilled pier foundations and site development.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and material logistics.
• Track and manage project costs, forecasts, schedules, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams to align execution strategies.
• Identify and mitigate constructability challenges, geotechnical risks, and logistical constraints.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote and exemplify Michels’ safety-first culture.
