Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager - Foundations to lead foundation and civil construction operations across a defined geography. You will oversee P&L performance, project execution, and client relationships while guiding multiple project teams.

The role requires deep expertise in drilled shafts, piles, and concrete, plus travel to project sites. Bachelor's in CM/Engineering and 10–15+ years of progressive experience are expected. Join a leader in power delivery infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive construction experience in foundation, civil, or power delivery projects.
• Proven leadership of multiple project teams across regions.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of foundation construction operations across multiple projects and locations.
• Manage regional P&L performance, revenue growth, costs, and profitability.
• Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction to support bids.
• Build strong client, subcontractor, and partner relationships.
• Drive resource planning, workforce development, and equipment utilization.
