Osaka Gas Asset Management (OGAM) seeks a Performance Engineer to monitor and optimize the performance, reliability and efficiency of two fossil power plants in the PJM region. You will build dashboards and tools, analyze data, and drive improvements across asset management, maintenance strategies and lifecycle planning.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in power generation or asset management, with experience in GADS/OSI-PI/EtaPRO and data analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited US program.
• 3–7 years in power generation, industrial facilities, or asset management.
• Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, or balance-of-plant systems preferred.
• Experience with predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, reliability analysis, and data analytics desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor fleet performance and reliability using GADS, EtaPRO and OSI-PI data.
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards and tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Coordinate with Plant Staff and OGAM teams to optimize operations and lifecycle asset management.
• Support root-cause investigations and develop recommendations to improve plant operations.
