Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy, electrical, construction, or industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with electric utility providers on interconnections or power delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, substations, transformers, and power capacity planning.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead power planning and utility coordination for new infrastructure and facility projects.
• Manage utility interconnection activities, including capacity assessments and timelines.
• Partner with engineering, construction, design, and operations teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and executive status reports.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities.
• Support temporary power planning and alternative solutions when delays occur.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive timely project updates and decisions.
• Ensure successful delivery through planning, governance, and execution.
