Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an Energy Program Manager to lead the path from an empty site to powered and operational for data centers and large industrial sites across the United States.

You will own grid capacity assessments, drive interconnection with utilities, and stand up bridge power to keep openings on schedule, coordinating engineering, construction, and power teams at scale. You will report progress, risks, and timelines to senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering power and energy for data centers, hyperscale, or large industrial sites.
• Strong grasp of electrical infrastructure: substations, transformers, power demand, and site design fundamentals.
• Direct experience with the utility interconnection process.
• Bonus: grid resiliency, renewables integration or microgrid experience.
• A genuine 50/50 blend of program management and technical energy expertise.

A leading global technology and logistics organization is energizing hundreds of new facilities across the US, and we are hiring Energy Program Managers to make it happen.

You will own the path from "empty site" to "powered and operational" - assessing grid capacity, driving utility interconnection, and standing up bridge power so construction never waits on the grid.
