Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Power & Energy Solutions Director to lead strategy, portfolio development, and go-to-market efforts across the Power and Energy Management segment. You will translate power automation capabilities into compelling customer offerings, align stakeholders across SBGs, and drive growth in a matrix environment.

Reporting to the Vertical Leader, Energy Control and Management, this role is based in the U.S. with a Hybrid schedule from Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in power generation automation, controls, energy management, and related industrial sectors.
• 5+ years in solution development or related roles translating technical capabilities into customer offerings.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority.
• Proven track record of developing and launching offerings.
• Strong leadership, organizational maturity, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work across product, technology, sales, regional, and executive teams to develop and promote new offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build strategy and go-to-market for new portfolio offerings.
• Determine offerings roadmap, coordinating with HON businesses.
• Grow the sales pipeline and support sales teams to close opportunities.
