Job summary

Honeywell in Chicago, IL / Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Manager -- Energy Solutions (Midwest) to lead and oversee energy programs on a hybrid schedule. You will drive delivery, ensure alignment with objectives, and manage performance to satisfy customers.

You will report to leadership and guide cross-functional teams, balancing schedules, budgets, and risk, while advancing Honeywell Building Automation's mission to deliver safe, energy-efficient, sustainable building solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management in energy/building automation with ESPC or EPC delivery models.
• Strong leadership and team management to run complex programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving to align programs with business goals.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management.
