Job summary

Xcimer Energy in Denver, CO seeks a Technical Lead Manager for Power Electronics & EMI/EMC to lead the sub-department and drive a technology roadmap. You will guide design and standards across high-voltage supplies, DC-DC converters, and EMI/EMC compliant PCB work.

Ideal candidates have MS EE, 10+ years in power electronics, and a proven track record in leadership. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive package and critical contributions to fusion-enabled energy systems.

Qualifications

• Education: MS E.E.E. or greater.
• Experience: >10 years in power electronics or related field.
• Experience with EMI/EMC specifications, standards, and design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership over the Power Electronics & EMI/EMC sub-department within Pulsed Power Engineering.
• Functional management over individuals within the Power Electronics & EMI/EMC sub-department within Pulsed Power Engineering.
• Develop a technology roadmap for power electronics at Xcimer, including high-voltage power supplies and EMI/EMC compliant PCB design.
• Develop standards, specifications, requirements and best-practices for power electronics and EMI/EMC for Xcimer.
