Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an experienced Power Inverter Module Innovation Leader in Auburn, AL to lead design and development of high-voltage EV power electronics. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, ensure TRL-compliant documentation, and help shape product technology roadmaps.

This role requires 8+ years in EV power electronics, 3+ years in inverter development, and strong collaboration skills to interface with customers and cross-functional teams within the Stellantis ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Systems/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years in high voltage/high power/electric vehicle environments, power electronics models and simulation.
• 3+ years in Power Inverter/Traction Inverter development.
• Familiar with power electronics devices and HW circuitry.
• Understand design specs, standards, and verification methods.
• Knowledge of DVP&R and DFMEA.
• Experience interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Power Electronics components (inverters, converters, charging devices).
• Follow TRL processes and document aligned requirements.
• Collaborate with internal Stellantis teams and external suppliers/testing labs to ensure specifications.
• Create and maintain documentation supporting best practices and development roadmaps.
