Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to join the on-site team in California.

You will characterize DC-DC converters, power modules, and semiconductor devices through hands-on lab testing, develop test setups, and troubleshoot hardware to ensure reliable performance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, hands-on experience with power-electronics hardware, and the ability to analyze results, document findings, and communicate clearly while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of switching converters, electrical measurements, transient behavior and thermal performance.
• Hands-on experience with power-electronics hardware and instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, probes, sensors, or data acquisition equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, assemble/modify test hardware, interpret measurements and troubleshoot test setups.

Responsabilidades

• Characterize power hardware: test DC-DC converters, power modules, and semiconductor devices.
• Evaluate performance: analyze switching waveforms, voltage/current behavior, efficiency and temperature.
• Develop test setups: adapt fixtures, wiring, sensing, and instrumentation for new product requirements.
• Support qualification: run electrical/thermal derating and automated tests, document results.
