Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in switching power converter design.
• Strong knowledge of power management systems.
• Experience with transformer-based converters (Flyback/forward).

Responsibilities

• Lead new power module product development from definition to release.
• Collaborate with product marketing, applications teams and customers on architecture decisions.
• Develop innovative techniques for advanced products and technology applications.
• Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies to ensure success.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers for technical growth.
• Deliver design reviews, technical writing and presentations.
