Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in power electronics, including DC/DC converter design and control loop analysis.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers, either as a people manager or senior technical lead.
• Working knowledge of firmware/embedded systems concepts as applied to power management.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team spanning Systems, Firmware, Packaging, and Magnetics.
• Technical Direction: Define DC/DC architecture, control loop analysis, and package engineering oversight.
• Program & Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Product Marketing, Design, Test, and Package Development to meet requirements and milestones.
• Process & Quality: Establish design review processes and ensure documentation and traceability.
