• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Expertise in switching power converters (buck, boost, flyback, LLC) with efficiency, stability and transient performance.
• Strong understanding of control-loop design and compensation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create customer-facing collaterals: design tools, models, presentations, and demos.
• Collaborate with customers on system integration, circuit design, optimization, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Develop and deliver product/application training and demonstrations for field personnel and customers.
• Investigate customer applications and learn new applications across markets.
• Own reference designs and support product evaluation and debugging.
• Engage with marketing, customers, and sales to understand needs and competitive landscape.
• Define new products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges.
