Job summary

Bosch is seeking a senior professional to drive customer acquisitions for power electronics in electrified vehicles across the Americas. You will define preselling strategies, lead a global, cross-functional team and act as a central interface with engineering, purchasing and plant functions.

The role requires a strong background in vehicle electrics/electronics, multi-discipline project management, and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in vehicle electrics/electronics, product development projects, and project management.
• Knowledge of software and hardware development and international collaboration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across systems, hardware, mechanics, software, purchasing and plant.

Responsibilities

• Define preselling strategy and acquire customers for power electronics projects in the Americas region.
• Lead cross-functional global project teams and coordinate with engineering, purchasing and plants.
• Define and align pricing strategies with commercial teams to win acquisitions.
