Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of direct MOSFET product engineering experience.
• Experience with lab tools: parameter analyzer and curve tracer.
• Familiar with schematics/BOMs and board layout tools (Allegro/Altium/OrCAD).
• Proficient in scripting for data logging (Python/Perl/shell).

Responsibilities

• Support MOSFET silicon validation and automate test setups.
• Provide wafer-level test support for Smart Power Stages.
• Perform FET characterization at the package level.
• Document procedures, tests, and bring-up guidelines.
• Analyze results and write engineering reports for QA.
• Lead NPI processes from tape-out to production release.
