Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Engineer to drive the development of state-of-the-art products from concept to production release.

You will own qualification plans, ensure JEDEC/AEC compliance, and collaborate with Design, Test, Applications and Failure Analysis teams through first silicon and field issues. The role emphasizes reliability testing, BOM maintenance, and data-driven yield improvements, with involvement in KPI metrics and NPI velocity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in product engineering.
• Familiarity with ATE tester platforms (e.g. Teradyne J750, Advantest 93K).
• Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own full PE product lifecycle from concept to end of life.
• Provide support for DfT, product releases and qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with JEDEC/AEC standards and generate datasheet reports.
• Perform real-time customer support for design, product and quality issues.
• Conduct temperature/voltage/process characterization and set production limits.
