Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Manager for its Power Delivery Project Management team on the East Coast, with the option to work remotely from a mutually acceptable location. Travel to client or WSP offices may be required for in-person meetings.

You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across multiple high voltage and EHV projects, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring quality, compliance, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy.
• 10+ years post-education experience; PM role in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.
• Experience with IOUs/IPPs/Co-Ops/Munis, etc.
• Familiarity with project management processes/tools (Contract, Meetings, EVM, Change, Risk, Schedule).
• Proven safety record and adherence to policies.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning: initiation to close-out for multiple projects.
• Manage schedule, budget, and resources including vendors/contractors.
• Lead client discussions and grow client relationships.
• Serve as primary project authority on major issues.
• Ensure metrics reporting and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and QA/QC adherence.
• Coordinate with staff and management to meet project goals.
• Ensure proper staff reviews and technical oversight.
