WSB is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Power Delivery to lead electric utility projects from development through turnover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain visibility into project performance, and serve as the primary client contact.

The ideal candidate combines strong project-management fundamentals with hands-on knowledge of transmission and substation systems, managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk across multiple projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Seven+ years of progressively responsible project-management experience.
• Experience on electric utility or power delivery projects.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering or construction teams.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, change management, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of project scopes, execution plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with technical leaders to develop labor estimates and deliverables.
• Evaluate requirements and dependencies across transmission lines, substations, and related areas.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and establish communication, reporting, and documentation expectations.
• Manage electric transmission and substation projects through design, procurement, construction support, commissioning, and closeout.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead status meetings and communicate risks and action items to clients and leadership.
• Coordinate submittals, design reviews, and record documentation; manage multiple assignments.
