Job summary

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field with teaching qualifications; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and hands-on PLC/AutoCAD experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field and demonstrated qualifications in the technology's teaching discipline.
• Verifiable professional experience may be accepted in lieu of other requirements as approved by the Vice Chancellor who oversees academic programs, or his/her designee.
• Bachelor's degree in a closely related teaching discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality instruction and facilitate the learning of students in an applied environment.
• Maintain accurate student records and an orderly instructional environment.
• Participate in program recruitment and promotion activities to attract students.
• Mentor and coach students to support success and retention.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
• Integrate technology to enrich the learning experience for diverse learners.
