Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience in Electrical Power & Controls or related industry.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate electrical safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Experience with electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiar with NEC and transformer concepts.
• Experience with motor control systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality instruction and facilitate learning for students.
• Develop syllabi and instructional plans; organize daily classes with varied teaching methods.
• Maintain student records and ensure safety in instructional environments.
• Mentor and coach students, guiding progress and providing feedback.
• Promote program recruitment and engage with the community and stakeholders.
