Job summary

As an integral member of the campus, you will collaborate with colleagues, adapt to diverse learning styles, and contribute to program recruitment and community engagement. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality instruction and facilitate learning of students, organizing daily classes with creative techniques.
• Foster student growth through constructive feedback and assessment of progress.
• Engage in program recruitment, tours, and promotional activities to attract new students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals and institutional values.
• Maintain a safe instructional environment and accurate student records.
• Mentor students with guidance and support, adapting methods to diverse learning styles.
• Integrate technology to enrich the educational experience and learning outcomes.
