Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a dedicated Power BI Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards for various stakeholders. The role emphasizes advanced features like drill-downs, custom visuals, and data interactivity to drive informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Power BI experience, strong SQL and DAX skills, and a solid foundation in data modeling and ETL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Analytics or related field.
• At least 3 years of Power BI experience in a professional setting.
• Proven track record of complex Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Power BI Desktop, Service, and Mobile, plus Power Query Editor, data modeling and DAX.
• Mastering DAX for measures and optimized data models.
• Solid SQL for querying databases and large datasets; efficient queries and joins.
• Knowledge of data modeling, relationships, hierarchies, normalization, and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Utilize drill-downs, custom visuals, and data interactivity for insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure report needs are met.
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for decision making.
