Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, translating requirements into actionable analytics products. You will build Power BI data models, DAX measures, and ETL/ELT workflows, while collaborating with program leaders, data stewards, and stakeholders to define KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; THREE (3) or more years of experience in BI/analytics.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• US Citizen or permanent resident with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using Power BI.
• Translate requirements into analytics products and reporting solutions.
• Develop data models, DAX measures, and optimized reporting.
• Create ETL/ELT workflows with Power Query (M).
• Conduct statistical and trend analyses to support program evaluation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
