Job summary

koundinyasa Technology Services is seeking a BI Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards across multiple data sources in the United States. You will create robust data models, implement security, and optimize performance to deliver trusted insights for business decisions.

The role requires 2–5 years in BI/analytics with hands-on Power BI development, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to meet reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in BI/Reporting/Data Analytics roles.
• Minimum 2+ years hands‑on experience in Power BI development.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into dashboards.
• Knowledge of data modeling and DAX concepts is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and insights.
• Connect to multiple data sources and perform data transformation using Power Query.
• Create efficient data models with relationships, calculated columns, and measures.
• Develop DAX calculations for KPIs and advanced business logic.
• Ensure data accuracy and performance of reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to understand reporting needs.
• Implement Row-Level Security and manage data access controls.
• Publish reports to Power BI Service and manage workspaces and datasets.
• Support end users by resolving data/report issues and providing training.
