Job summary

Unisys Corporation is seeking a Power BI Modeling Support role to provide ongoing systems administration, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components that support Power BI across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and training to ensure Power BI systems availability and reliability; a BA/BS with 2–4 years of relevant experience is required, with U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Working expertise in Power BI systems administration and support.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems.
• Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages on test, development, and production servers supporting Power BI.
• Performs daily monitoring of network systems and proactive measures to ensure functionality, connectivity and load balance.
• Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying and resolving faults and inconsistencies.
• Evaluates, recommends, and implements solutions to ensure Power BI systems functionality and compliance with company standards.
• Assists systems users by creating instructional how-to guides and by providing technical information and training on Power BI systems.
