Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States seeks a Technical Support Engineer for Microsoft Power BI. You will assist global customers, communicate clearly via phone, chat, and email, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires 3–4 years of infra experience with Power BI, SQL, and SSRS, plus Power BI Administration. A 24x7 shift model is in place; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of infra experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of SSRS; SSAS/SSIS a plus.
• Proficient in Power BI Desktop and Service, including gateways and administration.
• Strong written and spoken English; capable of professional end-user communication.
• Experience in technical support projects and handling customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Microsoft Power BI customers worldwide.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email; resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA.
• Bridge between end users and engineering teams to troubleshoot.
