Dynasty Financial Partners is building a leading wealth technology platform. We are seeking a BI Engineer to own the delivery of Dynasty Analytics products, hands-on with a state-of-the-art data lake platform and close collaboration with data engineers and Product teams.

You will turn business questions into deep analytics, build production-quality Power BI datasets, and deliver insights that drive decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, BI, or analytics engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics product end-to-end and accountable for its delivery.
• Build Power BI data products (data model, DAX, and reports) that Product and business rely on.
• Partner with data engineers and Product to understand questions and deliver analytics behind them.
• Turn ad-hoc requests into repeatable, production-quality data products that improve accuracy and self-service.
• Collaborate to build the analytics platform of the future and evaluate new tools as the platform evolves.
