Job summary

Insight Global in Rockville, MD is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join a high-impact data and analytics team focused on scalable reporting and automation. You will design dashboards, model data, and create automated workflows within the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, optimize data sources, and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse in a modern Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, report/dashboard design).
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse or similar structured data environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data sources.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
