You will collaborate with consulting teams across delivery, sales, marketing, and GTM functions to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.

• Dashboard Development: Build interactive and scalable Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to client needs.
• Data Modeling: Design and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL for performance and accuracy.
• Analytics & Insights: Provide workforce insights, trend analysis, and KPI tracking to support strategic decisions.
• Integration: Connect Power BI with enterprise systems (Workday, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Microsoft O365).
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with consulting teams and client leadership to present insights and recommendations.
• Change & Project Management: Support analytics transformation projects, ensuring readiness, validation, and issue resolution.
