Seeking detail-oriented Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. Will transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
• Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud services) and ensure data integrity
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Implement row‑level security and data governance best practices
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 6+ years of BI development with a strong focus on Power BI
2. Expertise in DAX and Power Query (M) and building complex data models
3. Experience creating dashboards for C-level audiences

• Microsoft Power BI certification
• Experience with Azure Data Services or other cloud platforms
