Job summary

EnIn Systems is seeking a seasoned Power BI professional in the United States to migrate Crystal Reports to Power BI, build robust data models, and develop dashboards for business users. The role requires deep SQL expertise, data warehousing understanding, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end BI solutions, optimize ETL processes, and deliver insights through Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Must have experience migrating reports from Crystal Reports to Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and data extraction.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of Power BI report development, dashboards, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, including understanding existing reports and converting them into Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
