EnIn Systems is seeking a senior Power BI developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI and SQL to design, build, and optimize BI solutions for business users.

The role emphasizes migrating Crystal Reports to Power BI, data modeling, and creating dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service. A strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with technical teams are required.

• Experience with Crystal Reports, including converting reports to Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with business users and technical teams.
• PA Driver’s License is an added advantage.
