The ideal candidate will have hands-on Power BI, data visualization, data modeling, and experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Sigma.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision‑making.
• Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal data sources.
• Develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations that provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing manual reporting processes.
• Enhance existing dashboards for improved usability, performance, and visualization.
• Conduct root‑cause and trend analysis and help stakeholders understand key drivers behind business performance.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and analytical requests from multiple business teams.
• Create appropriate documentation for dashboards, data sources, business logic, and reporting processes.
• Work independently with stakeholders to manage priorities and deliver reporting solutions within agreed timelines.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, data visualization, data modeling, and working with large datasets. Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Sigmawould be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related areas.
• Strong hands‑on experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience with data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and explain analytical findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements and priorities.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

• SQLfor querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Snowflakeor other cloud‑based data platforms.
