Job summary

i-PRO is seeking a mid-level Business Systems Analyst to connect enterprise data sources, build reliable data pipelines, and develop Power BI reports for operational and leadership decision-makers.

You will work with REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Power Query, and DAX, enhancing data integration, validation, and presentation. A development path into data engineering or technical project management is available as opportunities grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in BI, analytics development, or related technical role.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Experience gathering requirements with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop REST API integrations and data pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot failures, ensuring trusted data.
• Validate data against source systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate releases.
• Document datasets, rules, schedules, access, and testing.
