Job summary

The Odom Corporation is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and support Power BI reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable KPIs. You will integrate data from multiple sources, ensure accuracy, and present insights to leadership.

Collaboration with IS and other teams will shape reporting needs and data solutions that scale with the business. Responsibilities include data modeling, semantic modeling in Fabric, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/ analytics or related field.
• Hands-on BI/reporting experience, including Power BI and SQL.
• Experience translating business needs into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards with clear KPIs.
• Combine data from multiple sources to create cohesive reports.
• Apply branding and formatting standards for polished visuals.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Develop semantic models and ensure data security with row-level access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into metrics.
• Present insights to executives and business teams.
