Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise Power BI solutions across the organization.

You will develop dashboards, data models, and reports, write complex DAX, and integrate diverse data sources using the Microsoft BI stack and SQL Server for scalable analytics.

Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure performance, security, governance, and timely delivery of insights.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in BI development and enterprise reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, complex SQL development, and query optimization.
• Experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including SSRS and familiarity with MDX.

About the Opportunity

Synergy Business Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to support enterprise reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

This is a hands on technical role focused on developing scalable BI solutions, optimizing reporting performance, and working with complex data environments. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Power BI, SQL Server, the Microsoft BI stack, and data warehousing, along with the ability to collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, reporting architecture, and data integration.
• Experience working with AWS and Amazon Redshift.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical assignments and collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
