Job summary

The Brobston Group seeks an IT BI & Data Solutions Analyst to deliver business intelligence across the Americas. You will design dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and drive data solutions using Power BI and SQL.

Expect to manage analytics projects end-to-end, enable users, and optimize reporting. Strong SQL/Power BI skills and data modeling knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI, including DAX, semantic models, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting design, and KPI logic.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
