Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a BI/Reporting Analyst to analyze markets, consolidate data from Power BI, Crystal Reports, and COCC Datamart, and build dashboards for stakeholders across marketing, lending, and operations.

You will translate business needs into actionable reports, support conversion from legacy Total Vision reports, and contribute to cross-functional projects and data governance. One to three years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in BI/ analytics.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and data sources.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders about current reports and desired functionality.
• Develop user friendly dashboards leveraging Datamart and other data inputs.
• Provide knowledge transfer of Power BI to TotalVision power users as-needed.
• Document dataflow diagrams and conversion methodology.
• Create a report library of new and converted reports and dashboards.
• Assist with reporting across marketing and lending analytics as needed.
• Incorporate AI tools and other platforms into dashboards.
