Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on BI/data analytics with T-SQL.
• 3+ years building Power BI reports with semantic modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and deliver validated reports on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Design, build, and publish Power BI reports with semantic model and DAX.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify data sources.
• Validate report output against source data and resolve discrepancies.
• Support and enhance existing reports and update logic as business rules change.
• Document report logic and data definitions.
• Identify trends across data sources and translate findings into insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
