Job summary

Quantix Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join the BI & Data team.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and data models that drive decision-making across Quantix's supply chain divisions. Primary focus is Power BI development and reporting, including building robust data models and translating complex data into clear insights for division leadership and business users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI — data modeling, DAX, M, report and dashboard development, row-level security
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL in a complex relational database environment — joins, aggregations, window functions, subqueries, query optimization

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for division leadership and business users.
• Lead dashboard builds from requirements gathering through UAT and go-live.
• Build and maintain data models, calculated measures, and DAX/M logic within Power BI.
• Configure and maintain Power BI security roles for data access; train users on BI usage.
• Coordinate with EDW Architect on data integration and pipeline design.
