Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions for the operations team through a Power BI experience. The role focuses on shaping data into crisp designs and providing a smooth user experience, with growing domain expertise in supply chains.

The candidate will work on cutting-edge data technology within Ryder's Azure Data Lake, driving analytics initiatives. You will design analytics dashboards, reports, and queries to support strategic decisions and ad-hoc

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Two (2) years or more applied project experience in digital transformation or data management.
Two (2) years or more 2-4 years' experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis.
Experience in a cloud environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop Dashboards by understanding business needs and translate data into usable visualizations to drive decisions.
Engage the business, evaluating needs and ad-hoc requests to prioritize product efforts.
Know Ryder Business and the complexity of the supply chain where data adds value.
Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality.
