Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions to the operations team through Power BI experiences. You will shape data into clear visuals and become a domain expert in supply chains, working with Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives.

Build critical dashboards, reports, and queries to support strategic decisions and ad-hoc analysis. The role involves collaborating with analysts and scientists to explore big data, streaming live data into the data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
2+ years of Applied Project experience in digital transformation and data management.
2-4 years' experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into usable visualizations to drive decisions.
Engage stakeholders to prioritize ad-hoc requests and deliver innovative analytics solutions.
Understand Ryder's supply chain domain and the role of data within it.
Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
