Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions through Power BI visuals for the operations team. You will shape data into crisp designs and develop dashboards and reports on Ryder's Azure Data Lake, becoming a domain expert in supply chains and use cases.

You will collaborate with data analysts and scientists to push the envelope in the big data space, enabling descriptive and prescriptive insights for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
• Two (2) years or more Applied Project(s) experience in digital transformation or data management.
• Two (2) years or more 2-4 years' experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into usable visuals.
• Engage with business stakeholders for ad-hoc requests and prioritize product efforts.
• Leverage Ryder's data ecosystem to drive analytics on the supply chain domain.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-add functionality.
