Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years IT experience with BI tools/systems.
• 3–5 years hands-on Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data models.
• Advanced Power BI: DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, paginated reports, performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL: CTEs, window functions, analytical queries, optimization.
• Dimensional modeling, star schema, and fact/dimension modeling.
• Snowflake: performance tuning, clustering, compute optimization, cost control.
• Snowflake RBAC, roles, warehouse sizing, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dataflows, semantic models, and dashboards.
• Develop advanced DAX measures and analytical logic for enterprise reporting.
• Create high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for Power BI consumption.
• Tune Snowflake datasets for efficient reporting and BI performance.
• Collaborate with Snowflake data engineering to optimize fact/dimension tables.
• Integrate Power BI with Snowflake using appropriate connection modes.
• Develop paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder.
• Manage Power BI workspaces and optimize report and dataset performance.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across DAX, SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake.
