Job summary

Cornerstone Advisors seeks a Senior Power BI Developer and Data Analyst to lead enterprise BI initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions transforming complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with leadership, consultants, and stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and scalable analytics using Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure data services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, Data Analytics, or related roles.
• 3+ years designing enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise semantic models and data warehouses.
• Experience cloud-based data integration using Azure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and enhancement of enterprise BI solutions using Power BI.
• Design scalable semantic models and enterprise datasets for consistent reporting.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and Azure-based data integration.
• Build executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-service capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into scalable BI solutions with stakeholders.
