Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.
• 3+ years of advanced Power BI development experience.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query & M language, Data Modeling, SQL, Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions for varied user groups.
• Experience presenting analytics to leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with applying AI techniques for predictive analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Insider Threat certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions supporting Infrastructure Services.
• Deliver executive-level, operational, asset, risk, and performance reporting.
• Build scalable data models and semantic layers for consistent reporting across stakeholders.
• Develop KPI reporting to tell the Infrastructure Services value story.
• Transform large, complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Partner with leaders to understand reporting requirements and objectives.
• Consult with stakeholders to define reporting solutions and visualization approaches.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership audiences.
• Assist with data quality issues and improve reporting standards.
• Automate manual reporting processes and integrate new data sources.
• Mentor analysts on reporting best practices and Power BI capabilities.
