Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Power BI & AI Visualization Developer to turn multi-source data into trusted dashboards that span Sales, Finance, Ops, and CX. You will push reporting into AI-enabled visualization and productionize AI-driven dashboards connected to Snowflake.

This role sits at the intersection of BI development, data engineering fluency, and applied AI, with hybrid in-office/show-site 2-3 days per week and Dallas-area location preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of analytics/BI experience with hands-on BI development.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query/M, and report/dashboard design.
• Strong SQL skills with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Experience migrating BI reporting between clouds (Azure to Snowflake) with parity validation.
• Experience productionalizing AI-based dashboards reading from Snowflake or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models for multiple stakeholders.
• Enable self-service analytics and AI-assisted visualization features.
• Lead migration of BI reports from Azure data views to Snowflake and validate parity.
• Meet with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL against Snowflake to feed BI tools.
• Mentor junior analysts on Power BI, SQL, and data hygiene.
• Build lightweight internal tools (Python/Streamlit) to automate recurring reporting cycles.
• Own recurring reporting cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
