Insight Global is seeking a Power BI Developer to join a growing analytics team focused on transforming a widely used internal business intelligence platform into a next-generation, AI-enabled reporting solution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data, building scalable analytics solutions, and leveraging emerging AI capabilities to improve the way users interact with information.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate requirements into meaningful analytics solutions.
• Build intuitive visualizations and data products that drive business decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and optimize DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and business logic to support complex reporting needs.
• Work directly with Snowflake data sources to model, transform, and deliver reliable datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Help architect and implement AI-enabled capabilities within the BI platform, including generative summaries, intelligent insights, and enhanced user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can improve data accessibility and decision-making.
• Support technical modernization initiatives, including report consolidation, data model optimization, and platform scalability improvements.
• Contribute to the re-architecture of the existing BI environment to support future growth and increased data consumption.
• Promote best practices around performance tuning, governance, data quality, and reporting standards.

Hourly rate for this position ranges between $65.00-$75.00 and is dependent on years of experience and skills.
